Welcome to 889ph. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 889ph ("889ph", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 889ph website at https://889ph.net, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the platform.

By accessing the 889ph website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 889ph platform.

These Terms apply to all players using 889ph, regardless of the device, browser, or network through which you access the platform — including mobile devices on Globe, Smart, DITO, or any other Philippine telecommunications network.

To register and use the 889ph platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who have been declared legally incompetent or who are subject to a court order restricting their ability to enter contracts are not eligible.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of 889ph or any affiliated entity, unless prior written approval has been granted.
• You must not have a previously closed, suspended, or self-excluded 889ph account, unless the exclusion period has formally ended and access has been reinstated by 889ph support.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 889ph platform. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes. Providing false or misleading information at registration is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) credentials. You agree to:

• Never share your 889ph login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing from a shared or public device.
• Notify 889ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Not use another player's account, credentials, or payment methods at any time.

889ph will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Account verification ("KYC") may be required before withdrawals can be processed. Verification typically involves submitting a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and in some cases, proof of the payment method used for deposits.

889ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit account is owned by someone other than the registered 889ph account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin may be reversed and the associated account reviewed.

Deposits are credited to your 889ph account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. GCash deposits are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing schedules of BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks.

889ph does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their chosen payment method.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to technical availability. 889ph reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts.

GCash withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. BDO, BPI, and other Philippine bank transfers are subject to standard interbank processing windows, which may range from same-day to two business days depending on the receiving bank's schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit stated as a blanket rule, though 889ph reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments and may request additional verification for high-value withdrawal requests.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• 889ph reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may not withdraw funds that have been credited to their account as non-cashable bonus credits.

889ph offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, maximum bet restrictions while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

General bonus conditions that apply to all 889ph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated play between multiple accounts.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, device, or IP address.
• The maximum bet allowed while a bonus is active is PHP 500 per spin or round unless the promotion terms state a different figure. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Bonuses expire if not used or if wagering requirements are not met within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically.
• 889ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice to players.
• In cases where a bonus has been awarded in error, 889ph reserves the right to reclaim the erroneously credited amount.

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before participating.

All slot and table game outcomes on 889ph are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). Game providers supplying titles to the 889ph platform are required to operate under recognised testing and certification standards. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate at the time of publication and are subject to change as updated by game providers.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PBA for Philippine basketball, NBA for American basketball, UFC for mixed martial arts). The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 889ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using fraudulent payment instruments.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one 889ph account, whether for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing restrictions, or any other reason.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or card game formats.
• Money Laundering: Using 889ph to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. 889ph is required to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of automated software to place bets.
• Chargebacks: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for deposits made to 889ph.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with 889ph games or services without express written permission.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the 889ph platform, its servers, databases, or associated infrastructure.

889ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 889ph account holders via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit.

• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player being found to be under 21 years of age.
• A player being identified as self-excluded or subject to a third-party exclusion order.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their 889ph account may do so by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-cashable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal processes and verification checks.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, 889ph reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation. Any final determination regarding balance forfeiture will be made in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

All content on the 889ph platform — including but not limited to the 889ph brand name and logo, website design and layout, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, images, and audiovisual content — is the property of 889ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 889ph platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any 889ph content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any 889ph content or software.
• Use the 889ph brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context without express written permission.
• Frame, scrape, or mirror any portion of the 889ph website on another website or digital platform.

Any unauthorised use of 889ph intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may expose you to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 889ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gameplay, regardless of whether the outcome was influenced by a technical error (except as expressly provided in Section 7).
• Interruptions to service availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 889ph's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to power outages, network failures, or acts of God.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to your bank, GCash, Maya, or any other third-party payment provider.
• Any reliance placed on promotional materials, game descriptions, or other content on the 889ph platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 889ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

889ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information are governed by the 889ph Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By registering an account with 889ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, and customer support.

889ph will not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to unrelated third parties for marketing purposes without your consent. Disclosure may be made to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or payment providers where required by law or as necessary to operate the platform.

The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the 889ph platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 10. Continued gameplay after the effective date of any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulatory framework applies to 889ph's online gaming operations serving the Philippine market.

In the event of any dispute between you and 889ph arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your account, or your use of the platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes, bet settlements, or bonus disputes, 889ph's decision — made in good faith following a thorough internal review — shall be final and binding.
